How it works

No mystery, no drawn-out sales cycle. Here's exactly what happens from the first call to the work itself.

  1. 01

    Book a call

Thirty minutes. No pitch. We figure out whether there's a fit and whether I'm the right person for what you're facing. If I'm not, I'll tell you.

  2. 02

    Assessment

I dig into your operations, your numbers, and your bottlenecks. You get an honest read on where the real gaps are — including the ones that aren't obvious from the org chart.

  3. 03

    Scope

We agree on the work, the engagement model, and the timeline. You know exactly what you're getting and what it costs before anything starts.

  4. 04

    Execution

I embed and do the work alongside your team. I own outcomes, not billable hours. When the job's done, the systems stay with you.

Common questions

Fractional or full-time — how do I know which I need?

It's about the shape of the problem, not the size. A function that needs real ownership but not forty hours a week — operations, GTM, supply chain — is fractional. A transition, turnaround, or hard stretch that needs someone in the seat full-time is interim. A single tough decision is a few hours of advisory. Most people need less than they assume. Start with the smallest version that solves it. We go deeper only if the work calls for it.

What size company do you work with?

Growth-stage — roughly $10M to $100M+. Past product-market fit, into the part where the organization breaks before the market does. Below that, you don't need an operator at my level yet, and I'll tell you so. Above it, you've got the in-house bench to do this without me. The fit is the company outgrowing how it's run.

Do you work remotely?

Yes — based in Austin, working with clients worldwide. But operator work isn't a Zoom call. When it needs me on the ground — in the plant, with the team, in the room where the decision gets made — I'm there. Remote where it's efficient, on-site where it matters.

What does it cost?

You'll know the number before anything starts — that's the Scope step, not a surprise at the end. Advisory is billed by the hour or day, projects are a fixed fee, and fractional or interim roles run monthly for the term we set. I work with companies ready to commit real resources to the problem, and I'll tell you on the first call whether it's a fit.

Let's talk.

No pitch, no pressure. Just a conversation about where you're stuck and whether I can help.
